We can be assured of the love of God and the sympathy of Jesus. He not only wept with sorrowing relatives and friends, but he has prepared a place for those who turn their hearts toward Him. “Let not your heart be troubled, neither be afraid. I go to prepare a place for you. Death is not a tragedy for those who have faith, for they are passing from a world filled with struggles, sins, and disappointments. He has a better place where love, peace and joy abide. She enjoyed attending the West Point Senior Citizen meetings and loved fishing.October 19, 1911 Mrs. Lovie Lee “Bill” Hall was born to the late Bus Morgan and Ellie”Babe” Reed in Harris County, Georgia. March 19, 2009, this loving and caring voice was silenced as she steered into eternal rest.
She accepted Christ as her personal Savior at an early age. She attended Mt. Nebo Baptist Church in West Point, Georgia.
Mrs. Hall was united in holy matrimony to Buddy McCullough and later to Levi Hall, and God blessed this union with one devoted and loving daughter. Mrs. Hall was preceded in death by her husband, Levi Hall, two sons, Frank McCullough and Hugh McCullough, and two stepsons, Dimas Hall and Ralph Hall. She was also preceded in death by four siblings, Nora Scroggins, Endy Huguley, Cook Bankston and Inell Reed.
Mrs. Hall’s memory will forever be engraved in the hearts of her love ones; a devoted and loving daughter, Wylene Hall Hurston and an adopted devoted daughter, Martha C. Shipman. Two beloved grandchildren that she helped to rear, Darrell (Samantha) Hurston, Nassua Bahama and Gina (Mason) Stuart , Stockbridge, Georgia, 16 grandchildren, 27 Great Grandchildren, 37 Great-Great Grandchildren, 1 Great-Great-Great Grandchild, One nephew, One Niece, cousins and devoted friends.
